Letters from citizens
Write to the Governor or the Lieutenant Governor at letters@iradgov.org or by post to Government House. Every letter is registered and answered within 30 days.
The reception room for citizens is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 13:00. Please bring your ID card.
Public services
For passports, permits, business registration and utility bills, use e-Irad or visit your district office or city hall. The Office of the Governor cannot process applications.
